The balanced development of education is a common pursuit of the current global education community,and the success of basic education in Finland is obvious to us all,Finnish students get good grades in Pisa tests,the relevant grades analysis shows that the differences between Finnish students' achievements are far lower than the average level of OECD.It can be seen that Finland has made remarkable achievements on the balanced development of education.China has been constantly striving for education balance,but the achievements are still not very ideal.Education effects are the most direct expression of education balance,and teaching directly affects the effects of education.Therefore,this paper will study the teaching of basic education in Finland under the concept of balanced development of education.This paper will select Finland as the research object,through comparative research perspective,to explore the teaching in basic education under the concept of balanced development,and then form a reflection on the unbalanced development of the teaching effects of students in basic education in China.Based on this research idea,this paper can be divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,this part will analyze the research problem,through the review of "current research situation",summarize the research basis of this paper.The second part makes a simple definition of education balance,introduces the current situation of the balanced development in Finland,and expounds that the fundamental task of education balance is to improve the quality of teaching.The third part is the main part of this paper,which is composed of chapter two and chapter three.This part is written from the static and dynamic performance of balanced teaching effects.Chapter two is the static performance of balanced teaching effects,namely teaching objectives and teaching content.The third chapter is the dynamic performance of balanced teaching effects,namely teaching methods and teaching evaluation.The fourth part is the safeguard factor and reflection of balanced teaching quality.
