Russian patriotism is an important factor to integrate national spirit and enhance national cohesion to realize the status of powerful nation.Since the end of the 20 th century,the Russian federation has suffered from western economic blockade and political isolation and terrorist attacks;on the other hand,the complex relations of many nationalities in Russia and the division of ethnic groups.Under the influence of the severe international and domestic situation,the Russian federation has been impeded by the development of the status of Russia's great power,the social unrest in the country,the decline of economic development and the confusion of national consciousness.To restore power,integration of national spirit and enhance national cohesion,the Russian government realized that as an important means of integration of national ideology,the importance of patriotism education,the Russian government timely patriotism education for the changes and adjustments.Russian patriotism education reform on the one hand is inherited the fine tradition of patriotism education,the Soviet union,on the other hand is the social development goal is consistent under the condition of development and innovation of patriotism education.Since the primary and secondary school stage is a critical period for the formation of ideology,primary and middle school students' patriotic education is an important way to shape students' Outlook on life,values and world outlook.Therefore,the author chooses the reform of patriotism education in Russian primary and secondary schools to carry out a study.Based on the international and domestic backgrounds,this study explores how the ideas,contents and ways of Patriotic Education are transformed in primary and secondary schools in Russia under the guidance of development and innovation.This study consists of seven parts.First of all,the introduction explains the research background,research questions and research significance,and defines the relevant concepts.On the basis of the review of domestic and foreign research,the paper proves the value of the research question;Secondly,analyzing the international and domestic background of Russian's elementary and secondary school patriotism education;Thirdly,this part is mainly about the research of the reform,which is related to the concepts about the patriotism education in primary and middle schools.Analyzing the inheritance and reformation of the reform form the angles of education purposes and educational aims;Fourthly,this part is mainly about the research of the reform,which is related to the contents about the patriotism education in primary and middle schools.Analyzing the fields that the contents of patriotism education contain,and also analyzing the development and innovation of the educational contents;Fifthly,to analysis the inheritance and evolution of patriotic education,we study the reform of patriotic education in primary and secondary schools;Sixth,to learn more about the patriotism which advanced with the times,we examine the characteristics and existing problems in the change process of patriotic education in primary and secondary schools;Finally,we also summarized the reform of patriotic education implemented in Russian primary and secondary schools.
