The Study On Russian Secondary Education In The Period Of Social Transformation

Since the disintegration of the Soviet Union, social transformation has served both as the background and driving force for the re form of Russian secondary education. Based on the reform at the end of 1980s.Russian secondary education witnessed changes in the new political and economic situation the fundamental changes ranging from education structure to the curriculum, school system and so on which are in the field of the school education. Starting the examination from political, economic and cultural perspectives this thesis applies historical methods, comparative method, elements –analyzing and documents-analyzing methods to the study to present the development of Russian secondary education reform. Moreover, it analyzes the particular education phenomena and characteristics in the period of social titans formation in order to make kneaders get more complete and profound knowledge of the change of Russian secondary education, and to provide some revelations on the development of Chinese secondary education. The thesis consists of four parts: Introduction states the significance of the thesis, the current situation of Russian secondary education, the methods to study it, and explains the relevant definitions. Chapter I recalls the reform of Russian secondary education at the end of 1980s, and analyzes the current situation that Russian secondary education faces in the period of social transformation. Chapter II analyzes the change if patterns of Russian secondary education as a whole in the period of social transformation. Chapter III analyzes the changes from the perspectives of curriculum, school system, examination system, and so on.. Chapter IV summarizes the characteristics of the reform of Russian secondary education and provides revelations on the development of Chinese secondary education.
