For a long time,teaching materials for primary and secondary schools in our country have been organized and written by relevant government-designated publishing organizations.The State Administration of Press,Publication,Radio,Film and Television has been responsible for the administration of publishing units,the Ministry of Education is responsible for the preparation of textbooks,and education publishers have been responsible for publication.Xinhua has assisted in distribution work.However,in September 2017,primary and secondary school students newly enrolled in most areas of China have already begun to adopt textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education such as “Language”,“History” and “Morality and Rule of Law” to replace the original version of the textbook.It is expected that national coverage will be achieved by 2019,which will mean the end of the era of "one class,many books." In this paper,through the statistical method of statistics,the textbooks of the “Ministry of Editing” language,history,ethics,and the rule of law are used as research objects.The topics,character images,and historical events of the texts of the three textbooks are statistically analyzed and reflected in the selected texts.The social value that emerges is specific to the three dimensions of material value,spiritual value,and communication value.The final system analysis shows that the “Ministry of Editions” textbooks in the three dimensions of the spiritual values to promote the core values of socialism,propaganda Marxist proletariat ideas,inheritance of the Chinese nation’s outstanding culture and the spread of human progress and culture;In the aspect of material value,it is necessary to ensure the economic income of the book publishing industry,resolve the issue of press printing and supply rights,standardize the teaching material publishing market,and eliminate vicious competition;The dimensions of the value of communication are embodied in the implementation of the educational goals of the “Leder Germans”;the completion of knowledge transfer;satisfaction Consumer use demand.On the basis of analysis and discussion,some thoughts and suggestions were put forward,and it is hoped that textbook writers,validators,and users will be provided with new perspectives and methods for examining teaching materials,and promoting the standardized and healthy development of the primary and middle school teaching materials market.
