| Track and field has long been known as the "mother of sports",which is mainly because track and field events are relatively simple,usually including basic sports such as running,jumping,throwing and walking.At this stage,many people’s attention to daily physical exercise activities has decreased,and their attention to physical health has gradually decreased,especially the decline of children’s overall health,which has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.According to the content of academic literature in recent years,from the perspective of physical fitness survey and health index changes,the physical quality of children in China,such as endurance,speed and strength,has declined,and the obesity rate has increased significantly.Through the existing analysis,it can be shown that children can get less opportunities for physical exercise,and the content of school physical education teaching is mainly track and field training,which is difficult to fully tap children’s interest in participating in physical activities.It can be seen that we need to actively change the physical education teaching environment faced by children and improve the teaching system,so as to cultivate children’s interest in participating in track and field sports.Practice shows that track and field game training can tap children’s enthusiasm to participate in physical exercise,which helps to improve children’s physical fitness and health.This paper comprehensively adopts the research methods of literature review,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.40 children aged 4-5 are randomly selected from Mengdong children’s sports hall in Conghua district and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopts the training method of track and field games,while the control group adopts the traditional track and field training method.A total of 12 weeks of experimental activities are carried out during and after the experiment,Make physical index tests for children and record relevant data.Experimental results:1.After the intervention of the track and field game training experiment of "sandbag throwing",the average score of children’s tennis throw in the experimental group increased by1.565 m,the average score of boys increased by 1.63 M,the average score of girls increased by1.5m,the average score of children’s tennis throw in the control group increased by 0.2m,and the average score of children’s tennis throw in the experimental group increased significantly compared with the control group.2.After the intervention of track and field game training experiment of frog jump relay,the average score of standing long jump of children in the experimental group was increased by 0.1M;The average score of standing long jump of children in the control group increased by 0.015 m,and the average score of standing long jump of children in the experimental group increased significantly compared with the control group.3.After the intervention of the track and field game training experiment of threading,the average score of the ten meter turn back run in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,and the effect is remarkable;The average speed of boys in the experimental group was 0.36 s and that of girls was 0.39s;The results of male and female students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.4.After the intervention of the track and field game training experiment of "rabbit ball clip jump",the average score of the continuous double foot jump in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,and the effect is remarkable;The average speed of boys and girls in the experimental group increased by 1.05 s and 1.67 s respectively.The scores of boys and girls in the experimental group improved significantly compared with the control group.5.After the intervention of the track and field game training experiment of walking orangutan,the average score of sitting forward flexion in the experimental group increased by1.385 m,of which the average score of boys increased by 1.32 cm and that of girls increased by1.45 cm.The average score of tennis throw in the experimental group increased significantly compared with that in the control group.6.After the intervention of track and field game training experiment of "carrying basket and crossing bridge",the average score of walking balance beam in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,and the effect is remarkable;Among them,the average performance of boys increased by 2.2s and that of girls by 0.94s;The results of male and female students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The conclusion shows that this study is applicable to the design and application of track and field games for 4-5-year-old children,and promotes the improvement of their physical quality level: the research on the game mode,exercise load and load cognition of children in this age group needs to be further studied,so as to comprehensively and scientifically improve the students’ physical quality and the formation of migration between various qualities. |
