With the development of China's economy,people's quality of life is gradually improved,which not only brings convenience to people,but also brings some negative effects on people's physical health,especially on the physical health of teenagers.Teenagers are the future and hope of a country.Their physical health affects the comprehensive strength and future development of the country.Therefore,the physical health of teenagers attracts the attention of all sectors of the society.Children's interest in track and field is based on students' physical and mental development characteristics and scientific teaching concept,with the help of some simple and safe equipment,use of the basic sports such as running,jumping,and form,organize the plait of interesting track and field activities,also is a kind of can stimulate students interest in sport,to make the students actively participate in track and field practice of interest track and field games.It has been more than ten years since the introduction of children's fun track and field in China,but the research in China is mainly focused on the promotion of the project,and there are few relevant studies on the impact on students' physical quality.This study makes a comparative analysis of the students in the fourth grade before and after the 10-week experiment,systematically discusses the influence of children's interesting track and field sports on the physical quality of the students in the fourth grade of primary school,and provides a reference for the development of children's interesting track and field projects in the future.The this article main research methods used are literature material method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,experimental method,by 10 weeks of children's interesting track and field teaching,respectively before and after the experiment was carried out on the subjects 50 meters,both hands before the medicine balls,standing long jump in succession,crook proneness,cross quadrant jump,a minute sit-ups test,physical quality indexes such as the statistical analysis of data obtained by comparative experiment of the subjects before and after the change of physical quality index.Through this study,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Both children's fun track and field and traditional track and field are helpful to improve students' physical quality,but children's fun track and field teaching has a more significant effect on improving students' physical quality than traditional track and field teaching.2.After the experiment,through the longitudinal comparison of the physical quality of the experimental group of students,it was concluded that children's fun track and field had the most significant improvement in students' flexibility quality.3.The horizontal comparison between the experimental group and the control group in terms of physical fitness before and after the experiment showed that there were significant differences(P?0.01)in the following four indicators: 50-meter running,throwing a solid ball in front of both hands,cross-quadrant jumping and1-minute sit-ups.There were significant differences in standing long jump and sitting forward bend(P?0.05).Children's interesting track and field teaching content is novel,can stimulate students' interest in learning sports,the site and equipment requirements are low,high safety,students in the entertainment can greatly improve the physical quality.It is suggested that school departments should pay more attention to children's interesting track and field and add children's interesting track and field courses.
