The Present Situation And Influencing Factors Of The High School Teachers' Enthusiasm For Work In Dali

The teacher's enthusiasm for work is the state and the behavior of a teacher's love and active devotion to work,with confidence,concentration,flexibility and dedication.Facing the serious occupation burnout of the current high school teachers,this study tries to explore the current situation of high school teachers' enthusiasm,finds out the influence factors of high school teachers' enthusiasm for work and puts forward the suggestions which can improve the level of teachers' enthusiasm for work,laying the foundation for alleviating the teacher occupation burnout.On the basis of the literature review,The Questionnaire On the Work Enthusiasm Of Primary And Middle School Teachers compiled by Wu Shu and others is chose in this paper to investigate the work enthusiasm of 334 teachers from 6 different high schools in Dali.At the same time,the work input and self-efficacy questionnaire which has high reliability and validity is used to assist the survey.The result:At present,the overall situation of high school teachers' enthusiasm for work in Dali is at a relatively high level and the differences of the level are presented in many areas,which are teaching age,professional title,health status,monthly average income,school type and occupation evaluation.In the group research of the score of high school teachers' enthusiasm for work,it is found that the reasons for the difference in the level of high school teachers' enthusiasm for work are:Teachers' evaluation of occupation has significant influence on teachers' work enthusiasm;Teachers' health conditions and teaching performance has a great influence on the level of their work enthusiasm;Professional titles have a certain influence on their work enthusiasm;Teachers' teaching age,treatment and education have a certain influence on the level of their work enthusiasm.The research combined with the depth interview finally finds that there are eight main factors affecting the work enthusiasm of high school teachers in Dali: teachers' cognition to their job and evaluation of profession?health status?treatment?teaching performance?positional titles?teaching age?the atmosphere of teaching and the evaluation of teachers?Therefore,this study proposes that the government and related departments can ensure teachers' work enthusiasm by improving teachers' wages and giving teachers proper social supports and schools can help teachers recognize their profession correctly through specific measures.At the same time,schools should pay attention to establishing a fair and reasonable teacher evaluation system in management and improve the work enthusiasm of teachers by creating a harmonious environment of humanity and increasing the opportunities and ways of teacher training.;Teachers themselves need to recognize the profession correctly and pay attention to their health status so that they can improve the sense of identity and satisfaction of the profession,etc.The suggestions which improve the work enthusiasm of high school teachers provide reference for the construction of the high school teacher teams and the improvement of the teaching level of high school education.
