In this study,the design and application of high school biology paper mould was carried out in the teaching of high school biology curriculum,in order to achieve the goal of helping students to master knowledge of biology well.This study used the method of literature research,classroom observation,questionnaire investigation,experiments research and interview,in order to help the students to sum up the related concepts and the principles of high school biology well,with paying attention to cultivate the students' core accomplishment of biology subject.The paper mould including the structure of the DNA molecule paper mould,animal and plant organelles paper mould,DNA replication paper mould,the translation of genetic information paper mould,gene on chromosome paper mould were used in the grade 1 and grade 2 of Kunming NO.10 high school and grade 3 of Kaiyuan NO.1 high school.Statistics and analysis include of score of comparative classes,classroom observation record,the questionnaire data and so on.The results of these data showed that the paper mould is beneficial to the students' learning of biology subject,to cultivate the students' biological core accomplishment and to stimulate the students' learning enthusiasm.This study also has accumulated applicable experience of the design,making,application and diversified evaluation for high school biology paper mould.It provides assistance for high school students in their studies of biology subject.
