| Resilience is an internal mental potential of an individual which can mobilize protective resources to help people adapt the environment better.It enables to reduce the negative influences physically and mentally under pressure.As the key force in mental health education in university,the psychological committee members are bearing a higher pressure than ordinary students which may result in adverse effect on their mental health status.Hence,"resilience" is a necessary quality of the psychological committee members.This research has complied the resilience group-counseling manual of psychological committee member in university under the guidance mental resilience's theory based on the current situation and characteristic of resilience of university psychological committee members,and it formed a systematical and scientific resilience counseling measures for psychological committee members.It can provide a theoretical basis and operation guidance for the mental quality training of psychological committee members.This research included three parts.Study one,A total amount of 1098 psychological members of three undergraduate institutions in Yunnan province were measured using the resilience scale(CD-RISC)to understand the psychological resilience level of university psychological committee members,and based on the difference analysis of demographic variables,this paper discussed the resilience characteristics and influencing factors of psychological members,these analyses provided the basis for the development of the guidance plan in study two.Study two,through the previous literature review and a questionnaire survey conducted among31 psychology graduate students,9 psychological service institutions members and 6psychological teachers,the author not only analyzed the results to determine the structure of the manual and the presentation of the tutorial content,but also combined the results of study one and the theory of psychological elasticity to construct the theoretical framework of resilience intervention elements.Based on this,the guidance plan of the group guidance manual was determined,and the manual was modified andimproved according to the opinions of 5 psychological experts.Study three,the quasi-experimental design method was used in the study,and 30 psychological committee members of Yunnan Normal University(15 in the experimental group and15 in the control group)were selected as research objects and used the manual to coach the members of the experimental group.According to the resilience scale and the feedback results of the self-compiled evaluation scale,the effectiveness of the manual and the setting of the counseling content were evaluated.In conclusion,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)The tested psychological committee members had a sound overall resilience level,however,part of psychological committee members had a lower mental resilience level.Specifically,there's an obvious difference between psychological committee members from different university,and with the longer working time,the mental resilience level is on a declining curve,and the survey also showed that the psychological committee members who had received training have an apparently higher resilience level than the ones who had not been trained.(2)Resilience Group-Counseling Manual for Psychological Committee Member in University mainly includes 5 parts: introduction,catalog,basic knowledge,practical operation and the appendix,covering different trainings including transformation of positive attitude,self-confidence,acquisition of knowledge and skills,effective measures of dealing with frustrations,improving solutions to problems,training of willpower and obtaining sense of control.(3)The tutoring in Resilience Group-Counseling Manual for Psychological Committee Member in University is adaptive to university committee members.The contents are rational and regular which can provide an effective and enduring assistance for the resilience of college psychological counselors. |
