A Study On The Implementation Of Free Education Policy For Normal College Students In Western China

The hope of nation development is education,the hope of education development is teachers.The 21 st century is a time of rapid development of science,technology and economy.Teachers,the key to the competition of comprehensive national strength among countries is the competition for talents.In order to improve the quality of teachers in our country,we must attach importance to the education of teachers' students.In 1897,in order to attract more talented people to devote themselves to the education cause,our country began to implement the policy of free education for teachers' students.until 2000,the education of normal students was fully charged,and the policy of free education for normal students in our country ended completely.During this period,the free education of normal students experienced twists and turns.In 2007,Premier Wen Jiabao proposed in his work report to carry out a pilot program of free education for normal students in six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education,and China once again implemented the policy of free education for normal students.This paper uses literature research method,historical analysis,policy analysis,theory evidence,systematically reviews the history of the development of the implementation of the policy of free education for normal college students in China,from the policy analysis of the current situation of the policy of free education for students in the implementation of Western China and the necessity of the implementation of the feasibility and the restriction,and to promote western normal university students the policy of free education for the better development of countermeasures and suggestions.This paper consists of six parts:The first part is mainly to explain the reason,research purpose and significance,literature review at home and abroad,the definition of relevant concepts,research ideas and methods,as well as the self-evaluation of this article elaborated the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part reviews the history of the free education policy of normal college students in China,and combs the history of the development of the freeeducation policy in the late Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China period,the founding of New China and after the reform and opening up.This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of the development of the policy of free education for normal students,and provides a reference for the implementation of the policy of free education for students in the west of China.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of implementing the policy of free education for normal students in the western part of China,mainly from the enrollment link,training link,employment link.This paper analyzes the current situation of the policy of free education for normal students in the west from this three aspects.The fourth part mainly expounds the effect and existing problems of the policy of free education for normal students in the west of China under the influence of the times.The fifth part mainly summarizes the enlightenment of the free education policy of ministry normal university for normal students in the western part of China.On the basis of theoretical basis and enlightenment,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of implementing the policy of free education for normal students in the west of China from the three levels of local government,universities and primary and middle schools.Through the realization of trinity to promote the western normal students free education policy better development.The sixth part is the conclusion,mainly reviews and elaborates the whole research,summarizes the research results of this paper.
