The realization of the internationalization of discipline construction is a key threshold to enter the “World-Class discipline”.This article defines the internationalization of the educational administration discipline as the development goals,trends,concepts,plans,methods,operational implementation mechanisms,and management models of multinational,cross-cultural,and global educational administration discipline.Through the discipline construction internationalization plan,curriculum system,teaching methods,faculty,personnel training,international exchanges and cooperation and other elements to integrate into the education management discipline in China's mutual coordination,symbiosis,cooperation and development process.Drawing on the international commitments,organizational structures,and staff of the ACE internationalization evaluation system,and combining the three major forms of discipline construction: knowledge form,activity form,and organization form.We can conclude the internationalization plan of the discipline construction,curriculum system,teaching methods,and faculty,personnel training,international exchange and cooperation as the analysis framework.Through definite concept of internationalization;encourage students participate in the international case study;open students' international horizon by service-learning program;support teachers to participate in the international exchange program to improve international abilities;supply necessary policy and financial support;establish a powerful cooperation partisanship,which can facilitate the internationalization of educational administration disciplinary development with the help of the sixelement analysis framework for the internationalization of the educational administration discipline.In addition,a comparative analysis of the internationalization of educational administration discipline in the Northeast S Normal University and the educational administration discipline of N universities in the East Coast of China has found that there are many problems in the current internationalization of Chinese educational administraton discipline construction:In the internationalization of discipline construction plan part,lack of systematic internationalization of educational administration discipline plan.In the curriculum system part,there is no effective integration with international education administration discipline.In terms of teaching methods,teacher-based teaching is still the main focus.As a supplement,in the teaching force,the proportion of teachers with international visitation experience limited by school finances is not high;in terms of personnel training,lack of innovative talents with international competitiveness and cross-cultural leadership;In international exchanges and cooperation part,lack of various types of international cooperation.Through the open system theory,institutional culture theory,rational choice theory,The Glonacal Agency Heuristic theory,and human non-social social theory to analyze problems,summarizing language barriers,backward concepts,and lack of competitiveness,system and resource constraints,lack of international planning and many other reasons.Finally,in order to promote the internationalization of the educational administration discipline in China,it is proposed that the internationalization plan of the discipline construction should be clarified,the curriculum system with international standards should be established,the international teaching methods should be adopted,the international staff team should be established,and international talents training methods must be established,promote international academic exchange and cooperation and strengthen the conditions for internationalization.
