Mind map is the external representation of the human brain, expressing the way of thinking in a visual form.It is an important tool for teachers to detect and diagnose students ' learning and also an important means for students to supervise their own feedback. This study is based on the development and application value of thinking map, which is applied to the review of senior high school students to improve students ' thinking mode of prereading, taking notes, reviewing thinking and problem solving. The subjects of this study are the students of sixth class(experiment class)and seventh class(contrast class)from Ningbo NO.2 Middle School. We spent a year training students to use the mind map, which helps them master the skills of the mind map, master the connections between knowledge points as well as the integration of knowledge network structure, and foster the habits of self-learning and reviewing. As a result, this training also teaches students to draw the mind maps of problem solving, strengthen their chemistry problem solving skills, and improve their ability to analyze problems and solve problems.Through the method of interview data analysis, this study explores the effect of mind map in chemistry review for senior 1st students. The contrast class and experimental class not only have significant differences in grades, but also differ greatly in the way of self-learning and taking notes.Taking the mind map as a learning method not only improves the student's efficiency and enthusiasm for learning, but also helps students form a clear way of thinking in problem solving, and it is conducive to the development of divergent thinking, and it is conducive to the development of divergent thinking.
