China's economy has developed rapidly in recent years,more and more foreign companies invest in China,jointly with Chinese companies,which makes the foreign culture and native culture are mixed and influenced each other in different cultural backgrounds,with the development of joint ventures in China,Chinese employees need to adapt to various foreign cultures,accept the multicultural work atmosphere and work partners,and the joint ventures also need to manage culture.In the face of the cultural exchanges and confusion in a joint venture,the paper use the case interview and the questionnaire,collecting the general situation of the cultural adaptation of the enterprise,occurring in daily work performance,the language,expression,work method,also the different values,the deep is exchanges and fusion between different cultures.Therefore,correct understanding and adapt to the cultural differences,eliminate cultural differences,improve the ability of culture adaptation of the joint venture employees into and grow better is an important point of this research.In this paper,by using the theory of cultural adaptation and ecological system theory as the theoretical support,and analysis the reasons behind the phenomenon,on this basis,to design a team involved in joint venture,through the theme activity such as "open up","cultural eliminate","cultural training camp" series of design team activities,with this periodic training to reduce the cultural differences,promote the staff of cultural adaptation,put forward some suggestions and thinking according to the enterprise,employees and social workers,to improve the culture of the joint venture employees into and grow better,to promote the development of the enterprise cultural diversity,and the professional social work intervention in Joint venture.Employees cultural adaptation is a new attempt,through the actual explore and the application of enterprise environment,summarize experience can provide a new soil for the localization of social work.
