Social Work Institutions Participate In Practical Research On Venture Philanthropy

Compared with the general social organizations,social work institutions have more professional means and methods of helping people.It can make use of the values of social work helping people to help themselves,the working methods of science and art and the rational and pragmatic service style to solve difficulties,make people work and enhance their beliefs,help the service object to a more normal life,and implement the relevant policies of government departments.As a new way of government purchasing services,venture philanthropy eases the difficulty of insufficient motivation for the development of professional social work institutions to a large extent,optimizes public welfare resources,promotes the capacitybuilding and localization development of social work institutions,and enhances the brand effect of social work institutions.The participation of social work institutions in public venture capital is consistent with building a service-oriented government,meeting the diversified needs of the masses and promoting the further development of social work.This paper mainly starts from the basic situation of public venture capital carried out by the Civil Affairs Bureau of X District,H City,Zhejiang Province.Taking the process of social work institutions participating in public venture capital in 2018 as an example,through interviews with government departments,social work institutions and social work institutions,and from the perspective of a social work graduate student,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of social work institutions participating in public venture capital from the perspectives of social work institutions and government departments,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions to improve the participation of social work institutions in public venture capital from the perspectives of social work institutions and government departments,and summarizes the advantages of social work institutions in public venture capital,so as to make social work institutions play an active and effective role in public venture capital.
