In order to cope with the market competition,the enterprise often carries on the high intensity management to the worker,in the busy and tense working environment,the worker generally have the emotional anxiety,the job burnout,the high pressure and so on.How to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for work?The western EAP is called the "employee help plan" which pays attention to the theory of mental health and emotional regulation and the practice of motivating employees.However,because of the differences in cultural background and social structure between China and the west,the western EAP has been put into trouble in China.This paper attempts to learn from western EAP theory and practical experience,mining and inheriting the unique way of staff enthusiasm and encouragement in China,combined with the unique psychological structure of Chinese society and Chinese people.Use group work to motivate employees in E enterprises,explore the service methods of Chinese EAP,in order to better motivate employees' enthusiasm.Chinese EAP incentive focuses on emotion building,interpersonal harmony,individual difference and psychological capital,so that employees can correctly perceive psychological problems,promote growth and self realization.Taking E enterprises as an example,this paper uses questionnaires to investigate and analyze the incentive situation and the enthusiasm of employees.Through case interviews,a deeper understanding is carried out,and the survey data are sorted out,summarizes the problems of the company,including the lack of decompression incentives,growth incentives,career planning,and harmonious interpersonal relationship construction incentives.On the basis of incentive theory and demand theory,the author has formulated a service plan to improve the enthusiasm of the employees.Through the work method of the social work group,the incentive of decompression incentive,growth incentive,value incentive and construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship are carried out in the enterprise.The employees are changed in the group,and the evaluation after each group is the best explanation.After the end of the group service,the summary and reflection are carried out.There are still shortcomings to be improved and the theoretical research and practical level are summarized and promoted in practice.Finally,some suggestions on the implementation of Chinese type EAP are put forward.It is hoped that the enterprise can bring a reference to the incentive of the employees,make the staff full of enthusiasm into the work,bring benefits to the enterprise and do better themselves and more happy people.
