| Before entering the retirement period,the early retirees need to experience the role of conversion lifestyle change and the change of the psychological state,during which easy to produce due to the negative view for retirement lack of emotional support and sensitivity to interpersonal relationships and a series of emotional problems,showing low mood low self-esteem sensitivity and other negative emotional reactions.If these negative emotions cannot be well adjusted,it will affect the integration of retirement life in the future.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the emotional problems of employees who quit the enterprise at the beginning,which is of great significance for retirees to have a happy old age and realize the transition to active aging.During the professional internship in the K community S social work service center,The author came into contact with some employees who had just retired from the enterprise,and found some negative emotions in the process of talking with them.In order to explore the causes of their negative emotions,the author based on the neighborhood committee provided by the Register of early leavers.52 of registered early enterprise personnel using negative emotions scale to understand their situation,observation and interview were conducted on the employees who had serious negative emotions,and it was found that the reason for their negative emotions was the lack of irrational cognitive emotional support for retirement and the lack of community participation.Therefore,the author through eight team members,supported by rational emotion theory and activity theory,intervene in a team work way,helping out at the beginning of enterprise staff from the view of change for retirement negative,guide their way through the group involved in emotional support.In the end,the group learned the expression way to reduce negative emotions,makes them have a positive attitude in the face of retirement. |
