| New employees who leave school and work in a new company will face many social adaptation problems in the face of unfamiliar professional environments.This article focuses on the new employees of Q Real Estate Enterprise in Zhengzhou City as the service object.Through observation and personal information research on the new employees of the enterprise,a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of the new employees is obtained.From these,6 employees with more serious problems are selected for in-depth interviews.Based on the interview results,6 group members are determined,and their main problems are difficulty in maintaining interpersonal relationships and work pressure.In order to improve the problems faced by team members in terms of adaptability,this study conducted a group activity called "Helping Eagles Take Off and Create a Beautiful Life".Before the group activity began,based on the nature of the group,the characteristics of team members,and the group goals,the growth group model was selected as the dominant mode of this group and used to guide the entire service process.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview,and participation observation,and using the theoretical model of empowerment and empowerment,six group activities were designed and carried out in the early,middle,and late stages of group work to enhance the professional adaptability of group members and help them quickly integrate into their work.After the intervention,the evaluation will be conducted from two aspects: self-evaluation of the service object and evaluation of the immediate leader.Overall,firstly,the majority of team members have greatly improved their career adaptability among newly hired employees;Secondly,from the perspective of the process of group work intervention in the adaptability of new employees in the workplace,the recruitment of team members,the design of activities,and the selection of evaluation methods all have a significant driving effect on the achievement of group goals.This indirectly demonstrates that the growth group model has strong practicality in solving such problems;Finally,from the perspective of service effectiveness,the issues of maintaining interpersonal relationships and working pressure have been effectively alleviated. |
