In recent years,SOE has accelerated the speed of Its reforms.Modern corporate system has been gradually established with clear property rights,well-defined power and responsibility, separation government functions from enterprise and scientific management. As part of the industrial production chain, corporate staff have been affected by many political and economic factors and also faced more challenges and stresses. This has led to more negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, depression and laziness. The reason for such problem is mainly that employees can not have a correct cognition of their own emotions and effectively manage their negative emotions. However, corporate just considers itself as a production or operation unit under such competitive market economic system. The corporate only pays attention to working efficiency and economic benefits. In contrast,it fails to be aware of great importance of the employees in corporate development and the benefits of taking care of the employees, offering them emotional management service and strengthening communication between corporate and employees. With basic theoretical framework of cognitive behavioral therapy, this research combines the methods of literature research, questionnaire and personal interview to collect information and design the questionnaire. It intends to survey the overall condition of the employees and their emotional management with the method of group work.Based on group members' motivations in joining this group, the author makes project planning in order to explore the relation between cognition, behavior and emotion and to further to improve the employees' ability to manage negative emotions.Basically, relevant objectives have been accomplished in intervening in emotional management of corporate staff with the method of group work. However, there exists some problems in this research such as group member selection and project design. In addition, several questions need to be still answered, including how to balance between employees and corporate, and what efforts professional workers need to make.It is expected that this research can provide some implications for further researches and the problems will be solved with joint efforts of various social circles.
