Since the 70 s of this century,the industry of all countries in the world has carried out a series of reforms.The coming of the era of mechanization has made the work intensity of the employees of the enterprise increase,which makes the work pressure of the young workers of the enterprise increase,so the relationship between the enterprises and the employees has become tense,which makes the problem concerned to the leisure life.Leisure is what we all need,and it is a human right.Good leisure life allows employees to have more leisure time to do what they like and have more leisure to relax them leisure.More and more employees of enterprises have changed their leisure life,especially in the group of young workers and workers,which have aroused the attention of the sociological scholars.They try to get the leisure time arrangement and the specific leisure plan from the data,and redefine the young workers of the enterprises in the new revolution period.A new definition of leisure life.Through the investigation,it is found that leisure life is of great significance for the young employees of enterprises.Leisure life is an important part of the leisure life of the young employees of the enterprise,which plays a vital role in the development of the individual and the influence of the enterprise.Leisure is the basic right of citizens.It has attracted more and more attention.In the research process of this paper,the author based on Karl Max's leisure theory,and uses literature,questionnaire,case interview and observation to study the leisure life of the employees of A enterprises,and finds out the choice of leisure time for the young employees in the study.There are some problems in leisure mentality and leisure activities such as less leisure time,low recognition of leisure life,independence and narrowness of leisure mode.Through the analysis of the problems and the causes,the author has carried out five groups in the A enterprise,and through each group activities and interaction between the workers and workers to help the young workers of the enterprise solve the problems in their leisure life,and after the end of the activities,the evaluation and reflection are carried out in time,and the enterprises and enterprises are put forward.In addition,it is hoped that through the active integration of some of the existing favorable resources,the leisure life support network for the young employees of the enterprises,their leisure life,the quality of their leisure life and the harmonious development of the relationship between the enterprises and the young workers of the enterprises are improved.
