Study On Group Work Involved In Promotion Of Young Employees Learning Ability

Nowadays,many young people are constantly pouring themselves into the metropolis like Beijing.Due to their low education level,many young people can not find jobs they want or even can not find jobs.Many of them are fortunate and can only become small and micro enterprises Company employees.During this period,they either suffered grievances or did not work well,resulting in poor social and psychological feelings.Youth needs a lot,education is the most basic "just need",it is the pass for many occupations,Community Youth Department New Youth School from holding the first phase,always insisted on helping these young round to come to Beijing to develop the dream,Academic qualifications have been promoted to help them achieve their desired goals.During the internship of C Youth Department,C Youth Department New Youth School started enrollment work in early May,and I served as the head teacher in this period.In this paper,the author starting from the internship experience,through the contact with young workers,as well as interviews with them,learned that young workers to the new youth school want to learn through to enhance their academic qualifications to meet the needs of job promotion,engaged in occupational Better development.According to the interview results,needs assessment and the actual situation of students,the new youth school as a platform,the author from the student point of view,for the trainees to carry out group work,to provide mutual exchange and sharing of learning methods and skills platform to promote student learning mutual aid communication,To cultivate students ’scientific learning methods and strategies so as to enhance the students’ ability to learn,to conclude and evaluate the activities,and finally to conduct professional reflection to help these young employees better learn in the new youth school so that their qualifications will be promoted smoothly Engaged in better career development,to achieve their ideal goal.
