Research On Interpersonal Communication Of Contemporary College Students

Communication plays a crucial role in the life of contemporary college students,how to correctly deal with the individual and others,the relationship between individual and collective,individual and society is one of the important life subject all university students must be faced.However,the current situation of college students' interpersonal communication is not optimistic,and the uncoordinated interpersonal relationship has become a serious problem for contemporary college students,which seriously affects their mental health and the cultivation of sound personality."After 95 s" college students as the main force of the national economic and social development and the nucleus,can properly handle interpersonal problems,not only in relation to their own healthy growth,but also affect the process of socialist modernization construction.Therefore,emphasis on contemporary college students interpersonal guidance,from the perspective of ideological and political education for young college students interpersonal situation of system analysis and summary,present situation investigation and analysis of the causes to the problem,and put forward the guiding strategy is necessary.The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part discusses the related concepts and theoretical basis of interpersonal communication.The second part,through the questionnaire survey on college students,master the current situation of interpersonal communication among contemporary college students,and propose communication problems and causes after analysis and induction.Contemporary college students' interpersonal situation is not optimistic,some college students is to me as the center,utilitarian color thick tendency,virtualization is serious,real inequality and equality consciousness has such problems as contradiction between.The reasons are as follows: bad social environment,poor effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities,lack of education in family interpersonal communication,immature development of college students themselves,and low communication quality.The third part,proposed the university student correct guidance strategies of interpersonal communication,namely,build a good social environment,strengthen the education of the college students' interpersonal communication and guidance in universities,the construction of a harmonious family environment and college students to improve their comprehensive quality in interpersonal communication.
