Study On Survival Style And Cultivation Strategy Of Grassroots Football Organization In Hangzhou

With the rise of the national fitness craze,football as the world's first movement since ancient times has a large number of followers,grassroots football with its popularity,entertainment and development,and grassroots football organizations as the carrier of grassroots football is bound to continue to grow and develop,any one of the survival and development of an organization must be the prerequisite for resources.Based on the theory of resource dependence of Jeffrey Pfeffer and Gerald Salancik,this paper takes the survival style of the grassroots football organization in Hangzhou as the research object,using the questionnaire survey,the interview method,The research methods such as literature and data method investigated and analyzed the present situation of 24 grassroots football organizations and their activities in Hangzhou,revealing the basic survival mode of the grassroots football organizations in Hangzhou,and then put forward the corresponding cultivation strategies.The basic conclusions are as follows:1.The characteristics of the grassroots football organizations and their activities in Hangzhou are:(1)The grassroots football organizations in Hangzhou are mainly sponsored by enterprises,the name of public institutions,the name of the street community and four forms of formation of the free formation;(2)Hangzhou grassroots football organizations run funds mainly from the members of the self-financing,corporate sponsorship,The government has no financial support for grassroots football organizations;(3)Hangzhou Grassroots Football organization's activities are mainly through leasing.2.The basic survival methods of the grassroots football organizations in Hangzhou are as follows:(1)Social choice.The advantage is that the organization's autonomy,independence is strong,the disadvantage is lack of funds,the site is not fixed,football talent(2)Market choice.The advantage is that grassroots football organizations run relatively abundant funds,the organization of professional technology is stronger;The disadvantage is that grassroots football organizations aresusceptible to commercialization of the market.(3)Government choice.It is easy to obtain the legitimate resources of the grassroots football organization,and the disadvantage is that the government is the representative of authority,and the autonomy of the grassroots football organization will be greatly weakened.3.The strategy of cultivating grassroots football organizations in Hangzhou:(1)The grassroots football organizations under the social choice should strengthen their own hematopoietic function,continuously expand the team of grassroots football organizations,perfect their own rules and regulations,strengthen the contacts of many Parties,widen the financing channels,and(2)the grassroots football organizations under the market choice should strengthen their independence and autonomy.To prevent the commodity of the market;(3)The Government should pay more attention to the development and construction of grass-roots football organization,construct the supporting system of the policy resources of the Grassroots football organization,and guarantee the fairness of the policy.
