In 2015,China's economic development entered a new process.In order to adapt to the changes in the new process and solve the problems that have arisen,after the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC in 2015,China has provided various aspects of economic structure and public service Side reform and promotion.In the reform of the public service supply side,social organizations,as an important supplementary force,have played their own unique advantages and functions.However,under the analysis of the supply-side reform perspective,due to the inconsistent economic development levels of various regions in China,there are differences in the development level of social organizations,professional talents,and social organization service supply in various regions.Features of backward development.In short,social organization services generally have obvious characteristics such as insufficient supply,uneven distribution,and low service quality.They have not been able to break through geographical restrictions,solve social problems on a large scale,and respond quickly to changing social needs.Variety.Based on the above background and the current status of social organization supply,my country is currently exploring the use of "service scale" method to solve the problem of insufficient supply of social organizations services.According to the practical situation,the author compares and analyzes the current practices and service models of social organizations to promote service scale in my country,and these practices can be roughly divided into two categories.The first category is actions that closely follow national policy guidelines,such as "three-region plan","hand-in-hand plan",and "double hundred plan".From top to bottom through government policies,it can spread excellent service experience to other regions faster and more widely,greatly improving the coverage and awareness of social work services.It is the prototype of the scale of social organization services in China,but these actions There are obvious deficiencies such as large staff turnover,low funding,and low service sustainability.The second type is the practical action initiated by private forces,and its representative is the "China Good Public Welfare Platform" project initiated by the Nandu Foundation.By bringing together outstanding domestic public welfare projects,the platform transforms theprojects into public welfare products,so that it can be copied and promoted to other regions faster.The practice of a good public welfare platform is to explore on the basis of the scale of domestic scale,relatively more mature to solve the problem of insufficient supply of social organizations in various regions,and solve social problems more efficiently and accurately,but also face the follow-up product landing monitoring and landing There are deficiencies in the capacity building and scale of social organizations.Analyze and summarize the above two types of service scale-up actions.The author attempts to summarize the success factors of service scale-up,and puts forward suggestions for the future promotion of social organization scale-up,trying to participate in public service supply-side reform for social organizations and enhance social organization services.The supply capacity puts forward feasibility suggestions and directions for future research and reference.
