Collaborative teaching is a dynamic and well-organized teaching theory system that the elements formed automatically in the control of subject value parameters.Tracing its origin, collaborative teaching became an educational form was formed by the Experimental School in Dewey University of Chicago's first collaborative teaching team with the eight-year studies in the 1930 s. In the past 8 years, the survey gain so much achievement. There is a little researchers to explore the teaching team issues. After review materials had a better understanding the status of co-teaching at domestic and abroad, our co-teaching in primary schools is still in its infancy. This paper aims to study the collaborative teaching's status in primary schools, find out the problems and causes, at last make suggestions.This paper composed of primary teacher 's connotation and basic characteristics of the collaborative teaching, collaborative teaching elementary current situation, problems and solutions.The Paper defines the collaborative teaching with some theories and analyze its characteristics. At the same time, This article explains why the use of team teaching.The author analyzes the team teaching present situation and points out some problems that primary school teachers had in collaborative teaching, such as lack of synergy, synergy ability is not strong, poor path and the lack of co-culture issues. Related analyze the reasons, the author come up with specific solutions from changing teachers' concept, keeping the micro outcome of individual, improving System and double platform construction. Collaborative teaching allows each member of the teaching system in unison, and optimize limited resources.Due to teaching strategy is a system, collaborative teaching strive to make the various elements always in a coordinated, balanced situation, thereby reducing the cooperative body's burden, improving teaching efficiency, so that students can get comprehensive development. This quality education focus on the needs of students and social development in order for all students, and comprehensively improve the quality of students for the purpose of focusing on the development potential of the educated, to promote their physical and moral aspects in a vividly, lively, proactive development. We hope to use collaborative teaching to promote cooperation and harmony teaching subject, optimize the subject group culture, and improve the overall quality of teachers.
