The comprehensive implementation of excellent teacher collaborative training has become an important development trend of teacher education reform in China.It is an important part of promoting comprehensive reform in the field of teacher education in China.It is also a realistic need for teachers to train and improve the professional development level of teachers.Since the implementation of the Excellent Teacher Development Program in 2014,each teacher training institution has begun to actively explore the collaborative training of outstanding teachers,and strives to achieve the goal of excellence in teacher training.Based on this,this study combs and cooperates to cultivate the development history and current situation of excellent teachers,draws on the existing practice and explores the path of excellent teacher collaborative training.According to the different levels of the development of normal colleges and universities,this study selected three collaborative research institutes in J province to eonduct case analysis,and explored the different collaborative training paths of the three institutions through interviews and observations.Firstly,from the perspective of reality,this paper examines the construction and practice of the synergy training of outstanding teachers in the three institutions.Through the actual investigation of the three institutions,the author summarizes the problems existing in the collaborative cultivation of excellent teachers,and finds that the three colleges focus on the collaboration of the objects,that is,the synergy between theoretical knowledge and practical skills,teaching carrers and teaching behaviors.It has caused problems such as the fuzzy support system of all parties,the lack of operational mechanism in collaborative training,and the lack of collaborative training of practical skills of normal students.The analysis of the causes of problems in collaborative training is mainly due to the lack of common goals in cooperation,the weak understanding of cooperation among the partners,and the weak cooperation between the three parties.The cooperation mechanism is insufficient and the cooperative implementation mechanism is not smooth.The mechanism of collaborative cooperation and training is not perfect;the practice orientation is one-sided and professional practice and professional academic separation lead to the deviation of the cooperative practice.Through the above study,it is suggested that universities,governments and primary schools should deepen the foundation of synergy and cooperation by establishing a natural cooperation foundation and establishing a synergy concept of mutual beneflt;and ensuring coordinated operation by constructing a smooth cooperation mechanism and timely evaluation feedback mechanism;The collaborative training process is promoted through the construction of the policy-based collaborative synergy system and the collaborative training curriculum and practical teaching system.
