Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping,our general secretary attaches great importance to the Chinese traditional culture.He emphasized and elaborated the Chinese traditional culture in many important speeches.Xi Jinping pointed out that "Chinese traditional culture is profound.Learning and mastering the ideological essence is good for establishing a correct outlook on life and values." It is a "good teaching material" for moral education.Traditional Chinese shame culture is gradually formed in a long-term development.It has a rich cultural heritage and intellectual heritage.A sense of shame is a virtue,"sense of shame" is not only a man of ancient Chinese self-cultivation and moral bottom line,but also an important part of moral education.Chinese traditional shame culture can play a huge role on people's words and deeds.It has great significance to the development of the individual.What's more,it can also promote family unity,maintain social stability and prosper social culture.However,in recent years,due to the adverse effects of the market economy and western culture,the lack of shame is becoming a social issue.Chinese traditional shame sense culture is gradually fading.Chinese traditional shame sense culture contains rich moral resources.Hence,digging traditional Chinese moral education value of shame culture is conducive to resolving the problems and difficulties of moral education in present and alleviating the moral crisis.This paper collects and collates shame culture-related literature,organizes and reference previous research,tries to provide reference and help for the development of moral education by digging moral value of traditional shame culture.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research,status at home and abroad,presents research methods and research ideas that provides possibility and feasibility for the thesis.Secondly,paper clarifies the related conception of shame culture,cards the history of formation and development of Chinese shame culture briefly,which laid theoretical foundation and history origin for the thesis.Thirdly,it explores the traditional shame culture content,summarizes the Chinese traditional shame culture spiritual core.Based on this,the paper explore the significance of the era of traditional shame culture.Finally,this thesis makes a thorough inquiry into the moral education value of traditional shame culture from individual,family,community,school four aspects.To ensure the realization of its moral values,Education of shame must be strengthen.Besides,we should strive to create a good social atmosphere,improve moral education system and constructing the moral evaluation system.
