Study On The Major Issues Of The Reform And Development Of Higher Education In Heilongjiang Since The Reform And Opening-up

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy, higher education in Heilongjiang has been developed in a rapid speed, and has achieved a series of brilliant achievements. Based on the current dual background of the national policy--“deepening comprehensive reform of education field” and provincial policy--“province with prosperous higher education” of Heilongjiang, paper tries to review the history of the reform and major reform measures of higher education of Heilongjiang in a real and objective way. Tries to summarize the achievements and deficiencies in the process of reform and development,generalizes the features, and the experience and lessons of the reform and development of Heilongjiang.
