Since the 21st century,with the spread of the concept of gaming and the application of Internet,game-related products and practices have aroused heated discussion in the field of education and industry.Gamification,with its core value-helping us find the fun of what we do and creating value in the real world-has become a research hotspot in the field of education.The practice of adults as gamification learning objects is the least.Few scholars study adult game learning and evaluate the quality of adult gamification learning.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate adult gamification learning.This study selected a new employee training form Z enterprise as a case.Through questionnaires and interviews,studying evaluating adult gamification learning,analyzing the influence of the introduction of game elements on students' learning participation,learning interest and learning satisfaction.Through data analysis,the introduction of game elements has a positive impact on learning participation,learning interest and learning satisfaction.The effects of game elements on learning participation are as follows:the six game elements have significant positive effects on students' coordinate and attention.Goals,challenges,cooperation,competition,Feedback element except fairness element have a significant positive effect on the interaction.The effects of game elements on learning interest are follows:there is a significant positive correlation between students' learning interest and other game elements except challenges.The effects of game elements on learning satisfaction is mainly shown as follows:goal,fairness and feedback have significant positive correlation to the student satisfaction.
