MOOC has been developing rapidly in the field of education, but it also exposes many problems such as low completion rate, outdated teaching mode, lack of personalized teaching and difficulty in the evaluation of learning results. The subjective question marking in MOOC relies on peer assessment, but peer assessment in MOOC is still questioned by many people. There is great controversy about the effectiveness of peer assessment in MOOC.Most MOOC teachers in China haven't employ peer assessment in their courses. Some courses employed peer assessment. However, the scoring standards are not specific and detailed. The organization and management of peer assessment are loosely organized. The related empirical studies, which prove that the effectiveness of MOOC peer assessment can dispel the doubts of MOOC teachers, promote the wide application of peer assessment in MOOC,and improve the quality of MOOC course and the learning quality of MOOC learners.Three questions are discussed in this study.First, are the evaluation results of peer assessment of MOOC effective? Is the reliability and validity of peer assessment in MOOC high or low? Second, how do students experience peer assessment in MOOC? Are they satisfied with the peer assessment in MOOC? Third, what influence does peer assessment in MOOC have on students' learning? To solve these problems, first,we review the related literature on peer assessment at home and abroad, summarize the statistical analysis methods of reliability and validity of peer assessment, and provide analysis ideas and methods for data analysis of peer assessment in MOOC Instructional Design.Second, referring to the design of other researchers in peer assessment activities,we designed a peer assessment program for the peer assessment in MOOC Instructional Design, and imployed it in teaching to provide data sources for data collection of this study.Third, collect and analyze the data of students' peer assessment and teacher evaluation of the peer assessment in MOOC Instructional Design. The results of the peer assessment in MOOC Instructional Design were analyzed to explore the validity of the evaluation results of peer assessment in MOOC.Fourth,to explore question two and three,we used questionnaires and interviews to investigate students' experience in peer assessment, including students' satisfaction and peer assessment's influence on students' learning.Fifth, according to the suggestions made by the students in the interview, the standard of peer assessment of MOOC peer and the training of peer assessment are improved. The results show that: 1.The reliability and validity of the evaluation of peer assessment in MOOC is high,2.There is a significant difference between the score grading by teachers and students.3.There are many reasons for the grading gap between teachers and students: Students 'scoring is not as strict as teachers. The ability of students to discern the quality of work is poor. The attitude of some students is so negative that they do not grade other students' work strictly in accordance with the standard scoring. Some parts of the rubrics are unreasonable.4.Most students are satisfied with the peer assessment and peer assessment training.5.Peer assessment has a multifaceted impact on students' learning. In addition, this study rethinks the research object and the design of peer assessment training, and puts forward some suggestions on the practice and research of peer assessment in MOOC.
