As one of the forefront courses in today's physical education,the tennis course has attracted more and more college students because of its unique charm.Therefore,many vocational colleges also actively set up tennis courses to satisfy students' interest in learning.Tennis is a fast,powerful and skillful ball-optic ball game.It seems that it is more difficult for the students to learn simple techniques.It requires people to invest a lot of energy and time.Nowadays,the multimedia facilities in various vocational colleges are perfect,and the entire campus is covered with wireless networks.Information-based teaching has become more common in schools.The teaching concepts of teachers are constantly updated.Students are more interested in e-learning.This is the micro class in schools.The application of teaching provides an enabling environment.This research will use literature methods,questionnaire survey methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics methods,logical analysis methods,first summarize and summarize the theoretical basis,concepts,characteristics of micro-class,to build vocational college tennis public elementary course micro-course The design of the teaching program;then,micro lessons will be applied to the tennis public basic course of Tianjin Vocational University,research and analysis of the data obtained after the implementation of the experiment,explore the application of micro lessons in tennis teaching in vocational colleges;Finally,the teaching Reflect on the problems that have arisen and in-depth summarize the application effects,and provide reference and reference for the physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges in the new period.The following conclusions were obtained through research:(1)Adopting two different teaching modes,the students' basic physical fitness can all be improved.(2)Compared with the traditional teaching model,the use of micro-class teaching,the degree of standardization of the student's tennis moves has been improved;micro-class can help students establish the correct movement of appearance,is conducive to students to understand and grasp the movement,consolidation and improvement Actions to reduce erroneous actions.(3)The use of micro-courses,on the one hand,increases the time for students to practice in class and promotes the consolidation of motor skills.On the other hand,it occupies the students' after-class time,but the short and fine micro video makes most students able to accept.(4)After the use of micro-teaching,teachers in the class have more time to conduct individual instruction based on individual differences in the students.They have more energy to pay attention to each student and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.(5)In the teaching process,the classroom atmosphere has a more cooperative and inquisitive atmosphere.Students actively communicate and discuss each other,help each other,solve problems,and fully reflect the subjectivity of students.
