In elementary student's growth and development,moral education is an important and core part of it,it plays a crucial and fundamental role in students' healthy growth and all-round development.For a long time,primary school students moral education in our country,teachers have dominant moral education in the primary position.Although it can help students moral knowledge transmission in the students group,it ignores the subjectivity moral education object,the resulting direct consequence is far distance between moral education and students' growth,seriously affected the students the actual effect of moral education.Moral learning is the concept corresponding to the moral education.It pays attention to the students subjectivity in moral education,and it advocates students to internalize the moral norms of the outside world into moral consciousness,which makes the effect of moral education better.Moral learning has the characteristics of subjectivity,development and extensibility,which is the focus of the current academic research.Based on this,this paper studies the "growth target orientation" of children's moral learning.First of all,in the introduction introduces the background,significance and methods of the topic,and gives an overview of relevant researches at home and abroad.Second,the theoretical basis for part of the core concepts and relevant theorys of a brief introduction,including moral learning,moral education,the times trend about transition of moral education to moral learning and Piaget's theory of cognitive development and Cole's stages of children's moral development theory,which analyzes the growth target orientation and moral learning process framework;Then,268 primary school students from Liaoning province were surveyed,and all data were analyzed by SPSS software.Finally,from the moral needs,values orientation,self choices,and moral practice,the four aspects of the elementary school higher grades students "growth goal orientation" moral learning process for the framework design,every aspect covers the natural,teacher and parents,classmates,collectivity,society and self six dimensions.
