Research On Incentive Mechanism Of The Science And Technology Innovation Teams In Universities And Colleges

Chinese President Xi Jinping’s report at 19 th CPC National Congress has put forward new requirements for accelerating the construction of innovative country.It highlighted that we must firmly believe that innovation is the first power to lead development,and we need to train a large number of international leading talents,young scientists and high-level innovation teams.Being an important force to strengthen the construction of national innovation system,the Science and Technology Innovation Teams in Universities and Colleges provides strong support for improving the ability of innovation,cultivating innovative talents,strengthening basic researches and making the country prosperous and strong through science and education.Carrying out the research on the incentive mechanism of innovation team and exploring influencing factors of innovation team incentive mechanism are of great significance to mobilize the enthusiasm of innovation team and promote the development of innovation team construction.Using qualitative method and quantitative method,this study explore related theories(innovation theory,team theory,motivation theory)and relevant sketches(connotations,characteristics,types,elements)about the Science and Technology Innovation Teams in Universities and Colleges.The internal relations of these factors are also discussed in depth.Hence,the theoretical basis of this study is established.Using a questionnaire survey on 7 the Science and Technology Innovation Teams in Universities and Colleges,current development situation,existing problems and specific causes of the incentive mechanism of innovation team are summarized and analyzed.Ultimately,based on analyzing research objectives,performance evaluation,cultural atmosphere and other common trait of 5 the Science and Technology Innovation Teams in Universities and Colleges,this study sums up the core elements of scientific research and the innovation team incentive mechanism and puts forward ways and countermeasures to build innovative research team in first-rate universities and colleges.
