Since entering the new century,with the coming of information society,primary school students contact channel is becoming more and more broad,and various social things and the gain of all kinds of information is becoming more and more diversified.And diverse information inevitably lead to the students' thinking more diversification,personalization,emotional experience also can become more rich and profound.Therefore,compared with the traditional sense of the pupils,students living in the information age today in terms of physical and mental growth will inevitably showed more diversified needs.This natural request elementary school teacher in charge teacher change the way we work,take more able to adapt to and meet the demand of students personal growth differentiation of class management model to explore and open up a new prospect of students quality education.Because of this,in order to more deeply explore the development direction of primary school class management work,the author in the shijiazhuang city beixin street primary school 20 of the teacher in charge teacher,on the basis of the research,found that the class and grade work lacks clear development goal,ignore the student individuality,lack of democratic atmosphere,only poor learning theory,class activities,class evaluation mechanism works simple,drab,etc.,are all factors which restricts primary class differentiation management to carry out.In order to overcome these weak factors,this article will further implement various education resources to mobilize class is proposed on the basis of the most dynamic part of the students in class management work themselves to participate in the democratization and the primary class differentiation management goals to achieve a number of measures,in order to primary school class management work reform practice to provide new value orientation and working methods for reference.Carried out in this paper,the research mainly is divided into five parts: the introduction of research background and put forward,research purpose and meaning of the topic and the research status,methods,contents and concepts are summarized.One is in shijiazhuang city beixin street primary school class management present research results,mainly through the choice of research object,research design and the method of questionnaire,the results of the survey data statistics and analysis of the three parts to discuss.2 it is to shijiazhuang city beixin street primary school class management analysis of existing problems,mainly summarized as training target positioning are not allowed to be ignored all the student's ability to ascend,the class management mode of traditional lack of innovative exploration,class activities lack of diversity is difficult to stimulate students' potential,single assessment mechanism is difficult to reflect the value of class management differences and so on four aspects.Three is in primary school class differentiation management works carried out in practice,mainly summarized as attention to the cultivation of students individual difference sets up the multi-level goals,layered management practices to build personalized class management mechanism for group collaboration,guides the student to the diversity of class activities,deepen and improve the construction of student assessment mechanism of differentiation.As the conclusion,and then the full text is summarized.
