Classes constitute the basic unit of the school and an important carrier to lead the growth and development of students.Class culture and class atmosphere have an important impact on students' growth and success.The high school stage is a key stage in the growth of students.It is in the transitional period from immature to mature and occupies an important position in life development.Compared with junior high school students and elementary school students,high school students are more independent of the family and are more dependent on the class.The formation of their personality,abilities,behavior habits,life attitudes,and values is deeply affected by the class environment.The headteacher is the first person responsible for the creation of the class environment and an important force for achieving good class management.It has a positive impact on improving the effectiveness of class management and promoting student development.In the "Provisions for the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools",it is clearly stated that the subject teacher is the main implementer of daily ideological and moral education and student management in primary and secondary schools,and the leader of the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students.Therefore,attaching importance to class management in high school education and giving full play to the leading role of high school subject teachers have a positive effect on improving the effectiveness of educating people in high school.Based on the concepts,principles,models,connotations and theoretical support of class management of high school subject teachers,this study takes Tanghu Middle School in Sichuan Province as an empirical research object.The basic situation of class management of high school subject teachers is investigated through questionnaires and interviews.Class atmosphere and system situation,class management organization situation,home-school co-education situation have been fully understood,from the teacher's professional ability and self-positioning,student autonomy,school management philosophy and evaluation system,home-school cooperation and other aspects This article analyzes the prominent problems and causes in the process of class management,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development conditions of subject teachers,mobilize students' initiative in management,improve the school management mechanism,and play the role of home-school co-education.The outstanding problems in the class management process of the high school class subject provide materials.
