Social Work Intervention In Xinjiang Rural Social Governance Feasibility Study

The third plenary session of the 18 in the journal on comprehensively deepen reform certain major issue decision "clearly put forward in the innovation of social management,must focus on maintaining the fundamental interests of the masses,maximize factors conducive to harmony and enhance the vitality of social development,improve the level of social governance".Promulgated by the state council in June 2017,the central committee of the communist party of China,the central committee of the CCP,the state council on strengthening and perfecting the urban and rural community governance of opinions "(hereinafter referred to as"opinions "),points out that,by 2020,our country basic formation is the overall goal of grassroots,grassroots government dominated the leadership of the party organization participating and common governance system of urban and rural community governance.In this context,it is of great significance to analyze the feasibility of social work intervention in rural social governance.Of social work in the rural social governance based on existing research,many provinces and cities in mainland China has a combination of social work and the rural social governance,and achieved good social effect,Xinjiang minority areas for social work intervention in rural social governance and achieved a certain effect,but there are still many rural areas in Xinjiang,has yet to introduce or social work involved in the local rural social governance,its still a reality to solve problems in social governance.In this paper,with no social work in the rural social governance bole Jinghe county x village as an example,closely around the social work intervention in Xinjiang rural social governance in the feasibility study and discussing the theme of the full text is divided into six parts: the first part,the definition and theoretical basis;The second part is the connotation and necessity of social work in the rural social box.The third part,social work intervenes the policy and practice of social governance in Xinjiang rural areas.The fourth part,social work intervenes the policy and practice of social governance in Xinjiang rural areas.The fifth part,the feasibility of social work intervening in rural social governance;The sixth part,the social work interventionXinjiang rural social management strategy;Part seven,conclusion.The results of this study are obtained through the above research.In this paper,for the social work intervention x village society governance put forward the following strategies,from the cultivation of social work professionals for x village,cultivate social service organizations,social work services provide direct intervention strategy of social work,from propaganda of social work and social governance concept,for x village link more social resources,advocate social policy,etc,etc,to provide indirect intervention strategy of social work.It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for x village and other regions in Xinjiang which lack social work to intervene in rural social governance.
