Research On The Function Of Social Work In The Field Of Social Governance

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning Usering and Improving the System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Promoting the Modernization of China's Governance System and Governance Capacity,which once again raised the strategic position of strengthening and innovating social governance and opened a new chapter of "Chinese Governance".At the moment when all walks of life in China are actively engaged in social construction,the rich value foundation,professional concepts,professional skills and methods contained in social work will play an important role in participating in social governance.To vigorously develop social work is of great practical significance to the issue of promoting innovative social governance capacity building.Based on the city S accommodation management project as a case,to participate in the project through this project further observation and the actual operation,the social work involved in the practice of social governance content,process and results to show the omni-directional three-dimensional out,and the social work in the project planning,project implementation,project effect the function of the three dimensions of analysis,view,To explore the function of social work in social governance from the practical point of view.The practical experience of the group rental housing renovation project in G District,S City reflects that social work in social governance mainly plays three major functions: coordination function,advocacy function and optimization function.The key functions of coordination are as follows: coordination policy publicity,policy implementation and residents mobilization;Advocacy function is mainly reflected in the policy and professional advocacy level;The optimization function focuses on the optimization of governance scheme,social service and resource integration.The role of social work in social governance ultimately leads to the promotion of social governance innovation by social work with its professional services,which is mainly reflected in the participation in the innovation of governance concept,working mechanism and participants.
