It was written in November 1928 and published in the new moon monthly in December of that year.When the poet returned to Cambridge,where he had studied for two years,Cambridge,he found that everything was wrong.School friends are no longer with him,meet him only quietly flowing bit,bit of landscape vegetation reminded poet remembrance of the youth,because of the reason of trip,after xu hurried away from Cambridge.On the way home,my heart sighed and sang this masterpiece.It has been more than 90 years since the publication of "farewell to Cambridge",and different scholars have interpreted it from different reading angles.Since the 1990 s,with the progress of the society,the emancipation of the mind and the reform of education,"farewell to Cambridge" has been selected into the middle school Chinese textbooks.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the ministry of education has established the principle of "one class and many books",and most of the textbooks have included "the farewell Cambridge".This paper selects five editions of the textbooks which are influential in the whole country,including: human education edition,cantonese version,su education edition,Shanghai education edition,Chinese version.By comparison,the development of the teaching reading of "farewell to Cambridge" is explained.The author focuses on the comparison and analysis from the aspects of unit preparation,after-class practice and text aid reading.Around this poem,the academic circles analyze the thoughts and emotions of the works,and the results are very fruitful.Even from the perspective of middle school Chinese education and teaching material,alsotend to middle school teaching material included in the study of the history and aesthetic significance of to work,not from the Angle of semantics,hierarchical to read poetry.Based on "on leaving Cambridge" as a case,this paper first put the development of the best-known and elected to comb,situation of language teaching material and finishing research results about the angles of the interpretation of the best-known text.On the basis of this research,from the perspective of semantics,the semantic component analysis theory is used to explain the meanings of words,distinguish synonyms and explain the figure of speech.Using structural semantics to analyze the context,relationship and relative relation of words;From the perspective of social and cultural context,situational context and linguistic context,the paper interprets the "farewell to Cambridge".The content of emotional metaphor in poetry is interpreted through metaphor theory.On the basis of semantic interpretation,a teaching design is made.The theoretical interpretation semantics "on leaving Cambridge" in this research through the teaching design,for a line of teachers development text provide new teaching ideas,provide reference value for the study "on leaving Cambridge" in the future.
