The teaching and research group is an organization of teaching and research,the members of the group are usually teachers of the same subject or similar subjects.In China,the teaching and research group is not only an important platform for primary and secondary school teachers to improve their teaching level,but also a practical assist for schools to improve their own teaching quality.So,it is difficult to build a teaching and research group.` Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction of the senior high school teaching and research group.The main research points are the system construction,environmental construction,activity construction,management system construction and cultural atmosphere construction.Wuhai No.6 Middle School is an ordinary high school.The investigated the current situation of the teaching and research group of Wuhai No.6 Middle School through the questionnaire survey.The objects of the survey are the teachers,teaching and research team leaders and part of the leadership of the school.Combined with literature review and analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in the construction of teaching and research group in Wuhai No.6 Middle school: first,the rules and regulations are not perfect and the operation is not completed;Second,the communication between the teaching and research group and other teaching and research groups in our school,the teaching and research groups in brother schools is very little,the relationship between teachers in the teaching and research group is not very harmonious;Third,the form of teaching and research activities is relatively monotonous,the content is mainly on teaching,and rarely on scientific research;Fourth,the school's supervision of the activities of the teaching and research group does not play a very good role in promoting,the evaluation of the work of the teaching and research group is not recognized by mostteachers;Fifth,teachers are unwilling to participate in teaching and research activities,the growth of young teachers is slow.These problems mainly come from two aspects of factors.Outer factors:the influence of exam-oriented education;the characteristics of education;the competition between schools;schools pay insufficient attention to the teaching and research group;the allocation of funds is insufficient;supervision is not enough;evaluation system is not completed and accurate ect.Inner factors: the position between teaching and research team leader and team members is not accurate;many teachers are not clear about the connection between their own subject and other subjects;teaching and research group did not form a common development goal;there is not a model of professional guidance,the surrounding resources are not fully used ect.In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of teaching and research group in Wuhai No.6 middle school,put forward five measures:first,establish and complete various rules and regulations in a democratic way and define the detailed rules of rewards and punishments;Second,create an external environment and internal environment of cooperation and competition;Third,enrich the teaching and research activities and integrate the subject research into the teaching practice;Fourth,establish the work responsibilities of relevant school leaders on the teaching and research group and evaluation rules of the work of the teaching and research group;Fifth,unify the development goal and make full use of the role model.
