College students are newcomers to the era of national rejuvenation and are qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.With the ever-increasing social competition,the environment faced by college students is becoming more and more complicated and diversified.,which makes the college students are under increasing pressure,especially the recent social and campus frequent extreme events due to college students' psychological pressure is overweight,caused the social from all walks of life to the attention of the college students' pressure.Developing the stress management ability of college students not only helps the students to achieve free and comprehensive development,but also contributes to the stability and unity of colleges and universities.As a main channel for mental health education of college students,the mental health education curriculum has a positive impact on the development of stress management capabilities of college students.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of mental health education curriculum on the development of stress management capabilities of college students.Based on the results of research on stress management at home and abroad,the 1975 Derogates,LR prepared the Symptom Checklist and Xiao's plan.Such as the preparation of "coping style questionnaire",and according to this study need to make the appropriate adjustments.The curriculum of mental health education in Guangxi Normal University is relatively standardized.In this study,students of Guangxi Normal University who participated in mental health education courses were selected as the research object.And 482 college students from Guangxi normal University were selected by cluster sampling.Questionnaire survey,using SPSS data statistics software and Excel to collate and analyze the data,according to the results of the study to play a positive role in the development of mental health education curriculum stress management capabilities in college students put forward strategies and recommendations.The introduction mainly expounds the reasons for the topic of the study,the research value,and the psychological health education curriculum for college students and the status quo of stress management research,and explains the research methods,difficulties and innovations of this research.In addition,the research object,research tools,data processing and statistical analysis of this study are also introduced.The elaboration of this section is to pave the way for the analysis of the next section.In addition to the introduction,the text of the paper is divided into five parts:In the first part,it explains the theoretical basis,policy basis and related knowledge of this study.The theoretical basis includes: Marx's theory of human's all-round development and the development function theory of ideological and political education;Policy basis includes: “Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education for College Students” of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council published in 2004;“Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Mental Health Education of College Students” of Ministry of Education,Ministry of Health,Central Committee of the Communist Youth League published in 2005;“Basic Requirements for the Teaching of Mental Health Education for College Students” of Ministry of Education published in 2011;“Outline for the Implementation of the Project for Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities” of the Party group of the Ministry of education of the Communist Party of China issued in 2017.In addition,this study also draws on relevant knowledge of positive psychology.In the second part,through the questionnaire survey to understand the source of pressure on college students,including learning pressure,interpersonal relationship pressure,employment pressure and life pressure.College students mainly adopt positive methods to solve problems and seek help to cope with stress.Some students also adopt negative methods such as evasion and illusion to cope with stress,and then explore the pressure perception bias of undergraduate management,the immature stress coping style of some college students and the lack of professional stress management of college students.With guidance and other issues,Therefore,it is necessary to improve the stress management capabilities of college students through education.In the third part,through the comparison of the mental health education curriculum teaching of college students before and after the pressure management,causes interviews analysis of College Students' stress management capabilities has significant difference in problem solving and other factors,and to explore the effect of mental health education curriculum for development of stress management capabilities of college students.It is concluded that the mental health education curriculum has a positive effect on improving college students' stress management ability;at the same time,in the short term,there is no significant difference between the conventional teaching method and the group psychological guidance method in improving the ability of stress management of college students.In the fourth part,In order to improve the effectiveness of mental health education curriculum,develop stress management capabilities for college students,and make recommendations from four aspects: the construction of mental health education curriculum,the construction of mental health education teachers,the full use of students and the use of individual counseling as supplements.In order to give full play to the positive role of mental health education curriculum in the development of college students' stress management of faculty,we should train students with physical and mental health and all-round development.In the fifth part,it points out the shortcomings of this study and prospect.
