With the comprehensive development and gradual deepening of the new curriculum reform,the construction of high school Chinese language teaching materials has also entered a new stage.As an important part of high school Chinese textbooks,illustrations are the second language in Chinese teaching.It reflects not only the depth of teaching materials,but also the breadth of language learning.The concept of the new curriculum advocates student-oriented,illustrations can not only stimulate students’ interest in learning,but also provide students with a good carrier for aesthetic activities and cultural understanding.Although illustrations play an important role in Chinese textbooks,in the actual teaching process and academic research,illustrations have not received due attention and attention.Teachers often ignore illustrations in textbooks when they are teaching multimedia.At present,the academic research on illustration does not establish a concrete and perfect theory and practice system.Moreover,the research focuses more on the elementary and junior high schools.There are fewer illustrations on high school textbooks.This paper selects the most widely used and most representative PEP in the current Chinese language textbooks as the object of study.It systematically studies and analyzes the illustrations in the compulsory Chinese textbooks for high school and hopes to establish a relatively complete system.Causing researchers,educators,and students to pay attention to illustrations of textbooks.The dissertation mainly focuses on the overview,development history,theoretical basis,types,functions,applications,suggestions for use,and prospects for illustrations of high school Chinese textbooks.The thesis is divided into six parts:The preface mainly introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the review of the research and the research methods and contents.In this paper,we take the illustration of the current Chinese version of the high school Chinese PE textbook as the research object,using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method Case law research papers.The first part is an explanation of the concept of illustrations and a combing of the history of the development of illustrations of textbooks.From the analysis of ancient,modern and contemporary literature,the author puts forward its theoretical basis,including Ghanaian pluralism intelligence theory,constructivism learning theory,The first organizer theory,information processing theory,and explain the illustrations of high school Chinese textbooks and junior high school,primary school textbook illustration of the difference.The second part mainly analyzes the types and functions of high school Chinese textbooks illustrations.The type of classification is mainly in accordance with the layout of the illustrations,content is divided into different points,the main function of a wake-up function,guidance,aesthetic pleasure and heritage of cultural functions.The third part is mainly through questionnaires to understand teachers and students to use high school Chinese textbooks illustration of the situation,the teachers of the textbook illustration of the use of awareness is not enough,students are not well used when learning illustrations;analysis of the survey results,teachers and students put forward reasonable Suggestions for using textbooks illustrations.The fourth part addresses some of the problems in the layout of high school Chinese language textbooks,and proposes solutions.Editors and editors should supervise each other and choose illustrations that are more appropriate to the content of the text and choose more illustrations with cultural connotations.The fifth part is about the prospect of high school Chinese textbooks illustration.While reading the age of pictures,correctly dealing with the relationship between words and illustrations,and better combining with multimedia,we should also highlight the unity of perceptual intuition and rational intuition,Pay attention to the illustration of classic and the combination of the times.The paper selects the current PEP high school language compulsory materials as the main research object,mainly through the understanding of the course of development of the textbook illustrations,the theoretical basis of the textbook illustrations,the analysis of its functions,in the macroscopical understanding of the textbook illustrations put forward to the high school.Suggestions on the teaching of Chinese language teaching illustrations and discusses the opportunities and challenges facing the future of illustrations.Through the study of the thesis,it is hoped that the illustrations of the textbooks will be more valued by educators and promote the development of the illustration system for textbooks.
