It is necessary for social development and students' development to set up technical courses with the core objective of improving students ' technical accomplishment.In March 2003,the Ministry of Education officially issued a pilot "General High school Curriculum(experiment)",which added a new coure named "general technology".This new course and "Information technology" make up of the new high school curriculum set up in one of the eight areas of learning technology.The course of “Universal Technology”has attracted more attention when the high school new curriculum reform began carrying out in 2012 at GuangXi provinces.After several years of experiments,does the curriculum really play its due value? What do students think of the course's degree of recognition? What are the difficulties or problems that affect the implementation effect? And for that important issue,it's urgent to make an answer on the basis of scientific investigation of facts and data,avoiding the curriculum decision can be influenced by various stakeholders based on the opinions of individual ideas,practical experience and information sources.On the basis of the fundamental theory of curriculum and teaching and the theory about psychology attitude and behavior,firstly the research methods of investigation,interview and classroom observation has been adopted in this research.secondly,from the perspective of students,it chose seven dimension to design inquiry tools and put it into effect,whose dimensions are curriculum value,curriculum objectives,curriculum,curriculum resources,teaching material contents,teachers ' Professional level and course evaluation.Thirdly,through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the identification of general high school students in Guangxi and the factors that affect students ' approval of general technology courses are detected.Thus,we can find out the outstanding problems in the implementation of general technology courses and explore the effective ways to implement the general technology curriculum in Guangxi,so that we can realize the value of universal technology course.This study shows that the general high school students in Guangxi have a higher degree ofrecognition of general technology courses,especially in terms of the ontology value of the curriculum and the professional level of the teachers.However,there is a conflict between students ' recognition of course values and their tendency to learn in general technology courses,thus affecting students' recognition of general technology courses.Teacher professionalism,curriculum resources and curriculum evaluation mechanism are the main factors that affect students' recognition of general technical courses,what's more,traditional education concept is the root cause of conflict between student identification and behavioral inclination.There are three prominent problems in the course of curriculum implementation:1.Deep-rooted traditional education concepts have a serious impact on the thinking and behavior of school leaders,teachers and students;2.The concept of curriculum resources of teachers is single and rigid,and there is a lack of awareness of the development of curriculum resources;3.General Lack of technical teachers and limited professional development of teachers.The general technical teachers is lacking,the teacher's professional development is limited.These problems severely restrict the sound development of general technology courses.For factors affecting students ' recognition of general technical courses and issues highlighted during the implementation of the general technology curriculum,Based on theoretical analysis,practical investigation and teaching practice,this study proposes the following suggestions:1.Transforming the concept of teachers and improving the leadership skills of the school Recognition,promote technical education to play a more active role in student development;2.Encourage teachers and students to develop curriculum resources independently;3.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and increase the number of personnel and professional accomplishment simultaneously;4.Establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism to arouse teachers ' enthusiasm;5.Increase the opportunities for students to participate in course construction and improvement.
