Exploration And Conception Of The Homestay Inn Management Profession Of Secondary Vocational School Under The Background Of Holistic Tourism

Under the background of holistic tourism,tourism industry has become a powerful engine to drive a new round of growth for the world economy,and has become the core industry to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of all countries in the world.At the present stage,the state attaches great importance to the development of the homestay inn industry,and the homestay inn industry is in urgent need of a large number of service and management talents with practical and industrial theoretical literacy.The home-stay and homestay inn industry will become new direction for the development of tourism services.The secondary vocational schools should adjust the professional setting and training plan according to the demand of the industry.It is an inevitable trend to build and train professional talents closely related to the local industry.At present,the professional construction of Secondary Vocational Tourism Management and Service Profession is facing the problems of lagging behind the demand of the industry,and there is contradiction between supply and demand of talent training and market demand.In view of the large demand for talents in the homestay inn industry,vocational colleges in Lishui,Deqing,Guangdong and other places are actively exploring the training of talents in the direction of homestay innindustry.Based on the large number of talents demand in Guangxi,Guangxi,as well as the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of tourism service specialty in secondary vocational schools,this paper makes an exploration of the professional construction of the homestay inn management of the secondary vocational school from the aspects of professional setting,personnel training mode,curriculum system,teaching team construction,training base construction and so on.This paper adopts the method of literature research,summaries and analyzes the domestic and foreign researches on the professional construction.The interview method is adopted to interview more than 20 key teachers of Tourism Management major who attended the seminar of2017 professional leaders’ leading ability improvement of Guangxi secondary vocational school.This paper understands the actual situation of professional development of tourism services in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,we collect relevant policies and informationissued by the Education Department of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and find out the problems and conduct attribution analysis of the professional development of the secondary vocational school tourism service from the aspects of professional setting,curriculum setting,and the construction of teachers’ team.In order to understand Guangxi’s homestay inn industry and the need of talents,the author went to the private residence site to conduct in-depth interviews with hosts and residential workers.This paper fully understand the working process and the various positions of the homestay inn industry,which may be referable for refining tasks and lay the foundation for the analysis of occupation ability.This study focuses on the exploration and conception of tourism service management in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the theoretical model of professional construction of residential service management in secondary vocational schools.Based on the constructed model,it conducts exploration and conception of the practical implementation.Pertaining to the full investigation of homestay inn industry and talent demand,this paper refines the typical task and analyses the occupation ability.This paper determines the training targets and training specifications for homestay inn service management specialty,explores the talent training mode of "integration of school and enterprise,combination of theory and practice,multi-hands".Meantime,train the professional curriculum system of the housekeeper profession,construct the talent cultivating model of "double capability trainer",establish the school and enterprises integrated professional training base,and so on.The above measures aim to provide the reference for the exploration of professional construction of the homestay inn management in secondary vocational schools.
