"Education development,teachers first." The development of education is related to the rise and fall of the country,and the development of the teaching team directly affects the quality of teaching in schools.As "the noblest and most glorious career under the sun",teachers bear the burden of nurturing the next generation of nations.Therefore,developing a highly-educated,well-structured,high-level teacher team is of great significance for the long-term development of each school and the healthy growth of each student.In the national education system,high school education is a key stage in providing talent reserves for the country.It is the wish of every teacher to train talents with ideals,ambitions,life-long learning motives and physical and mental health for the country.The goal of training in the senior high school education stage is to cultivate students' learning ability and comprehension ability,and lay a good foundation for further study and career choice in the future.How to develop high school teachers with sufficient numbers of teachers,excellent quality,and balanced structure is a problem that is considered in every high school,also it has become a research hotspot in education.Although the high school teachers in Ha Giang province,Vietnam have expanded in scale and training levels have also improved significantly,they still do not meet the requirements for educational innovation.The main problems are inadequate teacher management,imperfect treatment policies,inadequate training,and limited ability to train teachers.To develop high school teachers,education and training should have innovative,scientific and systematic research.In recent years,although there have been many researches on the development of high school teachers in various provinces and cities in Vietnam,there is still no research on the development of senior high school teachers in Ha Giang province.Researchers first conducted literature research on countries with relatively mature teacher training systems in the United States,The United Kingdom,France and China,summarizing their experience in teacher entry criteria,teacher evaluation,and teacher training,and collecting and collating related documents.Based on the data,questionnaires and interview syllabus were designed,and questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews of high school teachers in Ha Giang,Vietnam were conducted.A large amount of first-hand information was obtained.Researchers then used human resource management related theories to analyze and think about these materials in detail,further clarified the meaning and importance of the development of the quality of teachers,and clarified the current situation,problems and causes of the development of high school teachers in Ha Giang province.And from the three levels of individuals,schools,and education administrative departments,put forward practical and feasible countermeasures to solve high school teachers.
