Content: It is of great significance to acknowledge teachers' development law in senior high school for enhancing school—based training. This paper illustrates the view of the research of experts and scholars home and abroad on teachers' development law, points out some problems, draws conclusions of teachers' development and separates the period once again by means of real research and other researchers'. There are three sections in this paper. The first section illustrates problem put forward, concept defined, bibliography summary illustrated on teachers' development law, comments on it and research thoughts and research methods. The second section illustrates the teachers' development law in senior high school, such as adaptation period, mature and adequate period, plateau and stagnancy period, atrophy and regression period and their characters; The third section illustrates the revelation to school—based training according to the teachers' development law in senior high school.
