Investigation And Analysis On The Group Status Quo Of P.E. Teachers' Post-education In Shaanxi Province

Sports is the development of human society,according to the needs of production and life,follow the development law of human body and mind,take the body practice as the basic means,strengthen physique,improve the body sports function,experience moral cultivation,enrich people's leisure time,promote social culture and carry out a purposeful,conscious,organized social activities.It is a specialized scientific field that develops gradually with the development of human society.The development of sports is an important index to measure the comprehensive national strength of a country,and also an important way to promote the communication between countries and people.In recent years,our country pays more and more attention to sports,sports to our country's prosperity,people's happiness has very important significance.With the advancement of National Fitness,college P.E.teachers play an important role in the development of the sports industry.Therefore,it is a new task for college P.E.teachers to improve the teaching level of college P.E.teachers,to renew and widen the sports knowledge with healthy people and for the people's happy life blocks.Post-vocational education is an important way for college P.E.teachers to improve their teaching quality.This paper uses the method of literature and information,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the present situation of college P.E.teachers ' post education in Shaanxi Province,and finds:(1)The current basic situation of college P.E.teachers in Shaanxi Province is the highest in the middle level,and the senior titles and the junior titles are smaller;Master of education structure mostly can guarantee teaching and research In the long run there is a need to increase the number of PhDs;age structure young teachers occupy the main position,although young and middle-aged teachers have new teaching ideas and methods,but the teaching experience is less than the old teachers,swimming,Taijiquan,martial arts and new taekwondo and other projects,such as the lack of teachers;teaching tasks are heavy,teachers are difficult to have enough time to participate in continuing education(2)The professional ability of college P.E.teachers in Shaanxi province;referee level on the medium,there is still some room for improvement;the teachers with the training have a fixed team and the participation program,the teachers who do not have the training task are focused on the teaching,these teachers have the demand for the continuing education;The research on the subject of P.E.teachers in Shaanxi province is not much,There is still a significant increase in space;The present situation of post-employment education for P.E.teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province;academic education has improved,but a small number of teachers have not attended the post of academic education,non-academic education is more favored,especially short-term training,participation in the academic research of physical education teachers less opportunities to participate in domestic and foreign scholars to visit the(4)College P.E.teachers have higher degree of recognition of their own profession,however,it is very necessary to promote the professional satisfaction of teachers through post education,the aim of which is to improve the teaching ability,professional skill and scientific research level,and then to promote the content of the vocational education.However,there is a gap between the content of post education and the expected content,and the demand for frequency of participation is obviously increased;(5)There are some problems in the post-vocational education in Shaanxi province,such as formality,unclear objectives,poor pertinence,outdated content,lack of diversity and individuation,and single content of training type.(6)At present,the factors that affect the education of P.E.teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province are lack of funds,great work pressure,no time to take into account,too much teaching work.The content and form of continuing education are not suitable.The personal hours are less.The school does not pay attention and other factors.
