With the rapid development of social economy and the change of economic age,the role of human resource as an important resource in social development is very important.Effective management and development has become the key to the success of enterprises and institutions,which is no exception in school sports.At present,the human resource development and management level of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools is still not high,mainly emphasizing the supervision and control of personnel,relying on the management of administrative means too much,ignoring other methods and means,so that the human resource potential of physical education teachers is not fully exploited and utilized.With the development of quality education,the implementation of physical education and health courses and the reform and development of school personnel system,some research contents have appeared in the development and management of human resources of school physical education teachers.From the point of view of the whole,this paper makes a systematic study on the human resources development and management of physical education teachers in 25 schools in Pucheng County,including the selection,education,employment and retention of physical education teachers,in order to solve some problems of human resources development and management of teachers in Pucheng CountyOn the basis of improving and enriching the human resources development and management of physical education in school,a theoretical system suitable for the human resources of physical education teachers in pucheng county is constructed.The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows:The extension of human resource competence for physical education teachers requires the education authorities or schools in Pu Cheng County to establish recruitment channels,development programs and a layered method of selecting people.According to the human resources management concept of Pu Cheng County,we hope Pu Cheng County will evaluate the utilization rate of human resources of Pu Cheng County.According to the human resource development concept of Pu Cheng County,the training mode of human resource post-port is constructed.This paper puts forward the method of retaining human resources in school sports,using multiple means,multiple channels and all aspects.Hope to put forward the reference theory basis for the management and development of human resources of basic education in pucheng county.
