Since the introduction of basketball sport into our country,it has been deeply loved by the broad masses,and its influence through different age groups,whether it is society or campus,basketball is one of the hot items.At the beginning of our country's basketball sports development,we have cultivated a number of excellent basketball players and played a leading role in the development of China ' s basketball professional league.However,with the development of the times,our country ' s basketball level has declined seriously,the quality of the reserve talent is not optimistic,and the traditional reserve talent training mode of our country has been questioned.With the publication of system and policy in recent years,it shows that the training mode of reserve talents in basketball sports in our country has gradually shifted to campus sports.Therefore,the development of traditional basketball schools has attracted much attention at this stage.Campus basketball is different from professional basketball.The management and training of athletes run through all aspects of athletes' life and must be combined with school culture and education.Therefore,the requirements for the comprehensive ability of coaches are higher,and the comprehensive quality of coaches is high and low.Therefore,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of coaches in Jiangsu traditional basketball middle school,in order to understand the present situation of traditional basketball school basketball in Jiangsu province The overall quality and ability of team coaches are not found enough,providing reasonable and feasible improvement suggestions,promoting the development of campus basketball in our province,and providing reference for the development of campus basketball in China.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics from the basic situation,teaching and training situation,selection of talents,scientific research and further study of coaches in traditional middle school of basketball in our province.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The age structure of coaches in traditional middle schools of basketball in our province is reasonable,their academic qualifications are mainly undergraduate,and their professional abilities are mostly theoretical.The main sources include retired athletes of professional teams,graduates of physical education major in colleges and universities,and graduates of college basketball specialty.2.The coaches of traditional middle school basketball in our province have good teaching motivation,and the coaches'teaching years are based on The training time of coaches in traditional middle school basketball in our province is reasonable,but the content arrangement is mainly physical training.Lack of psychological training and specialized training.The choice of training methods is lack of pertinence,lack of their own knowledge reserve,when setting up the training intensity,the reference factor is too single,Lack of certain scientific.4.The way of selecting coaches in traditional middle school of basketball in our province is mainly experience selection,which is too subjective.Lack of scientific selection and rational use of science and technology to select the ability.5.Our province basketball traditional middle school coaches scientific research situation is lacking It is mainly due to the lack of initiative in academic exploration,and the content of coaches training in our province also needs to be improved..6.,a traditional basketball school in our province,lacks the pertinence for the way of recruitment of coaches,and the reference factors are too single in the work of coaches' reward and evaluation.According to the research of relevant factors,it is suggested that the coaches should strictly follow scientific training,step by step,treat differently,promote the all-round development of players,and improve the ability of independent learning and constantly update the concept of basketball.To improve the teaching ability,coaches should fully reflect the characteristics of campus basketball,improve the intelligent training of athletes,attach importance to the cultural education of athletes,and promote the combination of sports and education.Provide a good environment.5.Schools should establish reasonable incentive policies to encourage coaches to participate in further education and training,and promote the ability to combine theory with practice,and establish a comprehensive examination and evaluation system,mobilize the enthusiasm of coaches to carry out their work.6.Constantly strengthen and perfect the competition system,vigorously carry out regular basketball competitions at all levels in provinces,cities and counties,and increase the practical opportunities for athletes and coaches.Through the game,so that coaches can timely discover the team's situation,make the correct adjustment.
