Since Salovey and Maye(1990)put forward the concept of "emotional intelligence",people become more and more aware that the success of individual is not only dependent on the traditional intelligence,professional knowledge and skills,but also has a great relationship with emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence has an impact on commercial enterprises in recent years,and high emotional intelligence leaders have better business performance.Therefore,under this background,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the factors that affect the emotional intelligence of Dalian real estate enterprises,and makes an empirical study on the impact of emotional intelligence on career and all dimensions,and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions for female leaders.Ideas are provided for the development of ready intelligence.This paper first expounds the research background,the significance and the purpose and content of the research on the basis of studying and consulting the literature of the enterprise at home and abroad.Secondly,it reviews the theory of the research direction and constructs the framework of the research thinking of this article;third,through the methods of interview,biography material analysis and so on.This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of the emotional intelligence of Dalian real estate female leading to pure high IQ,pure high EQ,and high IQ high EQ balance,and puts forward that the female leaders have unbalanced emotional intelligence development in different stages of career development.Fourth,combined with interview data and biographical materials,it summarizes the major problems.Even the social and organizational support faced by the female leadership in real estate enterprises is insufficient,the physiological and psychological factors of the individual and the obstacle factors affecting the emotional intelligence development of the family.Finally,according to the previous research,the emotion of the mental retardation factors of the female leadership in Dalian real estate is identified by its own characteristics.Emotional intelligence;skills in learning to manage emotions;continuing to improve their comprehensive quality,build up self-confidence,improve the ability to resist and resist compression;develop positive and optimistic attitudes,positive mindfulness,positive thinking ability,and actively seek suggestions for understanding support from family,workplace and society and look forward to the research.Because of the limit of length,the female leadership cases selected from this article are all from Dalian and are limited to the real estate enterprises.It is unavoidable that some special cases have been omitted,which may not fully explain the special problems of the emotional intelligence of women in other industries in Dalian and in other cities and other countries of China.Subsequent research should expand the scope of research and select research samples from different types and scales of cities and industries.
