In recent years, the trend of family mobility of migrant workers is increasingly significant.More and more migrant workers choose to bring their children from rural areas to urban cities. Our attention to migrant children is not enough. And,Most of the current studies on migrant and its results are negative.Under the new urbanization strategy, the migrant to city of migrant workers' families is the general trend. We should turn to focus what kind of migrant is more beneficial to the development of migrant workers' children.I answer the question through the impact of migrant pattern on studying ability of migrant workers' children.Through quantitative analysis,I disassemble the migrant pattern into three aspects: migrant radius, migrant frequency and migrant to which city. The results show that, under the same conditions of family background and school attribute, there is no significant difference in studying ability between children migrating in the province and children migrating to another province. In a certain range, children with different migrant frequency have no significant difference in studying ability.Children who migrate to the more developed cities have better studying ability.Migrant workers' children has good adaptability to distance, stability and urban.Migrant workers' children have the characteristics of modernity. From the results, large cities are more conducive to individual development of migrant workers' children.I believe that in the process of the new urbanization strategy, the developed cities should bear the main responsibility of the citizenization of the migrant workers. At the meantime,we should not ignore the important role of the small and medium-sized cities in the citizenization of migrant workers.
