The period of secondary school education is an important learning stage for a student,and it is also important for a person to form a correct world outlook and values. Insecondary school education system, compared with other subjects, middle school ofthought moral character is not only to impart teaching course knowledge, but also topromote the all-round development of students, and it influences on the road of formingthe correct view for students. In view of the importance of the best product disciplineand particularity, as the old of cramming way not following with the progress of thetimes, the traditional teaching pattern, with the increasingly prominent disadvantages,already can not adapt to the new background the requirements of the development ofteaching. Given the reality of teaching situation, the new requirements of the newreform and "Education Plan" needs of the times, it is time to open a secondaryideological and moral teaching model. Drawing on the domestic and foreign researchsituation teaching mode, the rational core extracted, through literature method,investigation and discussion, case study, summarizing the experience of researchmethods, and the teaching mode of thought moral character on study, this study putsforward the personalized shock type teaching mode. The teaching model seeks tofundamentally change the traditional teaching model way of thinking and concepts ofeducation, which makes educators really come into the mind of the students to achievepowerful effects in the student’s inner world. It is no longer blindly only caring aboutteaching, but paying more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive development of human. Personalized shock teaching model, which bases on unified theory foundationof the transformation of educational objects, the basis of the theory of emotionemotional role, both inside and outside reason of the dialectical relationship and theunify between content and form, is a bold exploration mainly for the actual situation ofideological and moral lesson. Adhering to the principles of harmony, teaching studentsin accordance with their aptitude and emotion, according to the different of teachingcontent and setting up different teaching links, it makes the effect of resonance whichstrengthens teaching charm. Personalized shock teaching model makes personalizedbased on the actual set shock link and shock point. Through the creation of a shockatmosphere, showing the art of teaching, and achieving teacher charm, it can makepowerful effects. Personalized shock teaching model is conducive to their advantage,and a searing, stimulate learning and moral emotions, good moral behavior. And also itmakes easy to change the existing teaching situation, enhance the scientific andprofessional education, and make purposes of education. Personalized shock teachingmodel, which emphasizes the essence of moral education, adapts to the needs of theemotion of new times students and the new characteristics of the ideological and moralteaching.
